Since E.O.G. is a true business we must adhere to the strict guidelines put in place by Trading Standards.

UK Trading Standards say that we should allow minimum 7 business days starting the day after you receive your item. Well we offer a 14 day return policy. We will also gladly refund the original postage price if you used the "Buy It Now" button to purchase the item. This means that you purchased the item at a fixed price, not a auction format where you actively bid against others for the item(s).

We do ask that the item be returned unused and in new resellable condition with original package and all paperwork. Some conditions apply to certain products please see the list below.

Due to safety reasons we can not accept the following back once used:

  • Safety Harnesses
  • Safety Glasses
  • Knives
  • Sharpening Systems/stones/hones

    Due to Hygenic reasons we can not accept these items back once used:

  • Shoes that have been worn
  • Socks
  • Sleeping bags
  • Lotions & Lip Balms

    Due to these items being considered consumables we can not accept them back once posted:

  • Lamps/Bulbs
  • Batteries
  • Sharpening stones and hones

    Items that are built specifically to the customers requirement may not be returned, you may not cancel a special built item once production has begun on it or if the manufacturer has already ordered parts to build your special ordered item.

    Please note the above does not include all special order items which we offer. We may note that within the auction that even certain special order items may not be returned due to the manufacturing building the item on demand as they may offer the product in their line of items in advertisement, but it may also be something they build at the time we place the order as well (such as a upgrade to the item). This would then become specially built for the customer and may not be returned or cancelled once production starts. This is normally seen with higher end products and most consumers are aware of this already when shopping. However since we request in all Special Order listings that we be contacted prior to you purchasing the product from us on eBay we would inform you of this over the phone and in a email as well, in case you did miss the notation in the listing. If you however purchase the product without contacting us prior, then it is assumed that you read the description and/or this page and understood such.

    Please contact us both by email and by phone if you require a special built item to be cancelled. This way we can act as quickly as possible and hopefully be able to stop production before it begins for you and therefore you would be entitled to a refund of your money.

    Please retain a copy of your receipt for your order and also a copy of the eBay auction/store listing this will be required for your return of the product. This will also be required for warranty repair work should such be required in the future on the item.

    The product must be returned to us fully insured for its original value. If it is broken or lost by the courier service you use, we are not responsible for such.

    The return postage price is payable by you the customer and you will not be refunded for such unless the item has been misrepresented within the listing, then we will refund you the return postage cost as well.
