Here at Extreme Outdoor Gear, Ltd. we strive to sell products that have a low failure rate. Though should your item fail within the first 14 days you may return it to us for a replacement or refund. Some items (Consumables) may not be returned and/or covered under a warranty those are specified in our Return Policy section.

Should the item fail after 14 days of you receiving it please return the item to us and depending upon the circumstances your item will either be replaced with a new item or repaired. This is up to both our discretion and that of the manufacturers. In any case the item will be sent to the manufacturer for them to evalute the cause of failure. Should the manufacturer determine that the item was mis-used and a result of this was the failure then we will not replace the item under warranty. You may be given the option to have the item repaired by the manufacturer, but you will be liable for any repair charges including the the original postage amount and the return postage amounts. If you should decide not to have the item repaired, but still wish to have it returned to you then you will be liable for all postage cost. Cost will be quoted to you on at that time should the need of such arise. If you fail to pay the cost the manufacturer may hold the product till such is paid or we may retain the item till we are paid for the above fees.

Please maintain a copy of the original Ebay listing, date of purchase, and invoice for your records as this will be required for all warranty work to be carried out on the item. If the item comes with a warranty or registritation card please be sure to submit this to the manufacturer, failure to do this could result in limiting or completely voiding the warranty of the said item.

Please be sure to return the item to us fully insured and requiring a signature for delivery. We can not be held responsible for a lost parcel or further damages due to the courier service you choose to use.
